The Solution Propel International designed a two-step High-Potential Identification programme.
Step 1; creating a success profile for the C – Suite role, step 2; hosting a -2day Assessment Centre, including a series of ‘Day in the life’ simulations, a self-awareness workshop, psychometric assessments and -360degree feedback sessions. Customised reports provided the Zurich leaders with objective understanding of their employees. The OutcomeThe success outcomes achieved by the High-Potential programme were two-fold. One, the participants confidence in Zurich’s assessment process was solidified through the objectivity and the diversity of the Assessment Centre design. Two, the Zurich group were able to retain high potential talent, implement and cascade succession plans and increase employee engagement, all of which led to outstanding business and financial results for the year.
