The Challenge Over a 6-month period, Business Stream needed to recruit 3 senior leadership roles. With the rapid growth of the business and the need to have the ‘right’ leaders in these roles, who would align with the existing culture whilst also successfully driving the integration with a new subsidiary, it was essential that Business Stream was able to make well informed hiring decisions based on robust and objective information.
The Solution Business Stream partnered with Propel International for the design and delivery of the subsequent Executive Assessment processes. Given that the requirements for each role varied, Propel International worked flexibly with Business Stream to create three slightly different executive assessment approaches for each role, ranging from a half-day assessment centre for one role to a virtual, deep-dive psychological interview for another.
The OutcomeSuccessful candidates have now been placed in all three roles and are already making a positive impact on the organisation.
