What is this role about?To provide you with experiences across Digital Marketing, primarily contributing to social media and content management, working alongside the internal social media team. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand worldwide.

What will be your roles and responsibilities?
Social Media Community Management:
Coordinating and Distributing Content:
Understanding and monitoring analytics:
- Assist with streamlining company social media accounts, ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for visuals, and other elements
- Working with social media tribe to curate, organise and share the contents
- Monitoring and replying to mentions and comments on social media accounts
- Posting updates to the Company LinkedIn account
- Use LinkedIn tools to build our social media footprint and reputation
- Liaising with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to-date. Keeping track of their followers for monthly rankings.
Coordinating and Distributing Content:
- Organising a monthly brainstorming meeting with the Social Media Tribe to establish content ideas for the month ahead, and to plan for a monthly social media, and marketing calendar.
- Liaising with senior consultants to push new contents for reposts.
- Drive awareness of our new posts via emails to the group
- Flagging and aggregating interesting content to re-post
- Upload and manage company blog posts in Weebly (under supervision)
- Repurpose content from other sources for our own social media channels
- Organising a monthly brainstorming meeting with the Newsletter Tribe to curate content
Understanding and monitoring analytics:
- Track key social media analytics every month, including Instagram and LinkedIn company stats
- Look at the best performing content and try to generate new content that does the same or better.
- Working with the SMT to build monthly reporting tools on social media analytics and performance.
- Track newsletter performance and suggest suitable content
- Track and report website statistics using Weebly insights.
What do we expect from you?
- Current or recent Digital Marketing graduates, or students/professionals
- Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook) and with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy
- An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to be flexible/adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work independently and in teams
