Propel International is offering a 3-month long internship starting from November 30, 2019.

Our selection process will include completing three stages:
  1. An application form and psychometric assessments
  2. A phone interview
  3. A ‘Day in the Life of a Propel Intern’ assessment centre

What is this role about?

To provide our Interns with experiences across the entire Talent Management consultancy spectrum, including the design and delivery of real assessment and development assignments, under supervision of an experienced line manager.

​What will be your roles and responsibilities?

What do we expect from you?

  • Supporting with the project management of assessment and development centres
  • Reviewing assessment and development centre feedback reports
  • Writing assessment and development centre reports
  • Designing assessment and development centre materials
  • Working with Excel for data analysis and the development of aggregate reports
  • Setting candidates up on Propel’s online talent portal for psychometric and other online assessments
  • Learning and supporting marketing tasks, e.g. supporting with writing weekly snapshots and Propel Newsletter content
  • Conducting thought leadership research within the talent management and assessment space
  • Supporting the design of customised business simulations
  • Supporting with internal recruitment
  • Shadowing consultants as they assess at assessment or development centres
  • Shadowing consultants in participant feedback sessions
  • Offering admin and logistical support on some of Propel’s projects
  • Attending and delivering internal workshops
  • Current or recent business psychology or HR graduates; or students/professionals who wish to pursue a career within talent management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong planning and organisation skills 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Ability to be flexible/adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
