The Challenge MetLife and Propel International have partnered on important talent management projects since 2015. They embarked on an ambitious talent management transformation, including revision of its talent acquisition practices for Future Leaders, building a talent identification process for identifying and developing future GMs and Country Managers, and a range of assessment programmes to inform talent decisions.
The Solution MetLife turned to Propel International to design a highly customised talent assessment and development platform. Leveraging Propel International’s Talent Portal technology, a fully integrated solution was built for MetLife, blending a range of tools and solutions from different test vendors. Furthermore, the system gave MetLife the scope to build and include a range of custom tools, including bespoke Situational Judgment Tests, Motivational Leadership assessments, and Pulse metrics.
The OutcomeThe MetLife Talent Portal now provides a fully integrated solution to address the organisation’s assessment needs. User and administrative experience are greatly enhanced by a fully branded and simplified process. Talent analytics and insights are now just a few clicks away, as talent data is available in one integrated platform, in over 20 languages.
