2019 has already brought with it exciting news for Propel...we proudly announce a new international location: Propel Spain!
Co-Directors Mayte Gonzalez and Ranya Saura - representing a combined 30 years of HR industry and talent management experience - will lead Propel's 5th market. The full suite of assessment and development services will be offered, including the provision of online psychometrics, the design and delivery of customized assessment centres, award-winning leadership development programmes, coaching and executive search. |

BUILDING A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICEThroughout 2018, we held a number of successful Breakfast Club events, including the most recent, which welcomed Head of Talent for Metlife EMEA, Lauren Davey; she shared her insights on cultural transformation, presenting a recent case study on Metlife's cultural journey thus far.
In 2019, we aim to expand the value of the Breakfast Club by offering even greater variety in topic areas and forum style. To continue to deliver content that is meaningful to you, our upcoming events will provide an opportunity to share and gain insights by problem solving together, by knowledge sharing based on our unique experiences, and by acting as and learning from thought leaders in all the markets in which we operate. PARTNERSHIP UPDATE
Zurich Insurance and Propel have partnered since 2017 on a variety of different talent management initiatives, such as Development Centres for emerging, high potential and senior talent executive assessments, and company-wide 180- and 360-degree surveys. What did you do before? What keeps you busy? |
Why do you enjoy poker?
I like poker because it's strategic and competitive, but also it requires a lot of emotional awareness and control.
What is something we would be surprised to know about you?
I'm an identical twin, which is really great and fun. We take part in all sorts of biological and psychological twin research. The strangest thing we took part in was having electrodes put in our eyes!
