Winners of Brandon Hall Group’s 2019 HCM Excellence Awards – where hundreds of organizations around the world applied to showcase programs that help their employees succeed in the workplace – were announced in a live webcast this past week. Among those recognized were Zurich and Propel, receiving Bronze Badge for “Best Advance in High Potential Development”.
As the only medal recipients in this category, this mark of excellence sets Zurich’s approach and workplace strategy as the bar in identifying, selecting and developing high-potential employees for leadership positions. “Zurich is committed to developing and growing talent from within for critical roles.
