​Martin and Fleur deliver workshops at the ACG Assessment Centres Conference - Advances in Evidence-Based Practice
Martin Adams and Fleur Scott delivered workshops at the 4th UK-ACG - Assessment Centre Conference on May 24th – 25th May. ‘Advances in Evidence-based Practice’ was the theme for the conference. During the two-day event, topics covered included mindfulness, gamification, automation in development centres, and diversity and inclusion.
The UK ACG (Assessment Centre Group) is a special interest group of professionals who are passionate about promoting established practice, research, and innovation in Assessment Centres.

Workshop Details​
Fleur co-facilitated: ‘Proving the Value of Your Assessment Centre to the Board’ workshop, with Sonia Pawson, Chief Psychologist from the Civil Service, and Katherine Maynard a Principal Consultant from Cubiks.
​Martin and Fleur delivered the: ‘Mind the Gap: Diversity and Inclusivity Implications for Evidence-based Assessment’ workshop in the afternoon.
Martin also chaired a panel discussion on: ‘Gamification and Evidence-based Practice’ with Robert Newry from Arctic Shores and Philippa Riley from A&DC along with Nicky Garcea from Capp.

Martin Adams is an accomplished and innovative chartered business psychologist, he has extensive commercial experience with a range of public and private sector organisations. Martin’s core interests lie in the application of psychology to the world of work to support organisations in the development of their talent, supported by his expertise in objective assessment and coaching.

​Fleur Scott is a chartered occupational psychologist and she brings extensive experience of managing, designing and delivering complex talent management solutions across all sectors and industries globally. Fleur is extremely passionate about delivering value added solutions that drive real change in organisations through the assessment and development of people across individual, team and organisational levels.

The ACG are strong advocates of the British Psychological Society's new 'Standard for the Design and Delivery of Assessment Centres.' ​and therefore support and promote practices that achieve high assessment centre standards.
