Martin Adams and Fleur Scott delivered workshops at the 4th UK-ACG - Assessment Centre Conference on May 24th – 25th May. ‘Advances in Evidence-based Practice’ was the theme for the conference. During the two-day event, topics covered included mindfulness, gamification, automation in development centres, and diversity and inclusion.
The UK ACG (Assessment Centre Group) is a special interest group of professionals who are passionate about promoting established practice, research, and innovation in Assessment Centres. |

Fleur co-facilitated: ‘Proving the Value of Your Assessment Centre to the Board’ workshop, with Sonia Pawson, Chief Psychologist from the Civil Service, and Katherine Maynard a Principal Consultant from Cubiks.
Martin and Fleur delivered the: ‘Mind the Gap: Diversity and Inclusivity Implications for Evidence-based Assessment’ workshop in the afternoon.
Martin also chaired a panel discussion on: ‘Gamification and Evidence-based Practice’ with Robert Newry from Arctic Shores and Philippa Riley from A&DC along with Nicky Garcea from Capp.
